Juvenile Justice presents to Naples New Haitian Church
Libbie Bramson, Nancy Garfein, Marsha Goldstein presented "Saving Kids Futures: Civil Citation" to over 200 members of the Naples New Haitian Church on May 4, 2024. Civil Citation is Law Enforcement's most effective, cost efficient program to combat juvenile delinquency.
