Kathryn Fleisher will discuss evidence-based solutions to suicide prevention. In particular she will discuss Florida’s Extreme Risk Laws
Kathryn Fleisher, MPH (she/her) is a policy advisor at the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. In her implementation role, Kathryn staffs the National Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) Resource Center, the national training and technical assistance provider for ERPO implementers in the 22 states, DC, and USVI with extreme risk laws. Kathryn's background is in community organizing and she has been involved in the gun violence prevention movement for a decade.
