Priorities for Year 1

Improve LWVCC brand among key audiences in Collier County (TBI) as a non-partisan, fact-based organization.

Create strategic communication plan, including branding guidelines.

Strategic communications plan and branding guidelines developed and approved by 2/28/22

Prioritize organizations and leaders for outreach purposes as per strategic communications plan.

List of key organizations and leaders that LWVCC will target to increase its strategic position in Collier County created and approved by League board by 4/15/22.

League representatives to participate in meetings hosted by other organizations to build more diverse external relationships.

LWVCC representatives will attend one or more meetings of up to 5 organizations in Collier County by 6/30/22.

Create spaces for civil conversations among diverse stakeholders around topics of local importance.

Develop a list of high priority issues in Collier County that lend themselves to open dialogue among diverse audiences and identify potential co-conveners.

Agreement reached with at least 1 "new" organization in Collier County regarding a topic to be explored through a public event (TBA) in year 2 (5/1/22).

Co-host an event with another local organization where relevant issues are discussed and explored.

Publicize the discussions in local media.

Generate content around key issues that is factual and relevant to Collier County residents.

Create user-friendly content and materials that are in alignment with LWVCC priorities and LWVFL and US policies and positions.
