When LWVCC cancels an event for which payment was required, a ClubEpress credit will be issued to the person who registered for use at a future event.
If you are a member, to use the credit you must log in to the website before registering for the new event.
If you are not a member, when you register for the event you may use the credit if you click the link "Have you previously registered for an event or are you on our mailing list? Click here to search" and follow instructions.
Proceed through the registration process. When you have completed your registration and are presented with the payment page, you will find that the credit has been automatically applied
Click the SUBMIT PAYMENT button. The system will display your receipt as well as sending a receipt via email.
If there is a remaining balance on the credit it will be available for additional future events.
